At this area we produce blanks from semi-finished long products such as angle bars, channel bars, I- and H-beams, etc.

Punching, cutting and marking

• Equipment:
• automatic CNC line ЧПУ GEKA ALPS 160.
• Maximum dimensions of workpieces in process:
• strip – 50х5mm,
• angle bar – 35÷160mm,
• channel bar – 60÷120mm.

Pattern cutting and drilling of outsized profile blanks

• Equipment:
• Three-spindle CNC drilling machine ЧПУ Peddinghaus PCD-1100 with bandsaw machine Peddinghaus 1100 DG.
• Maximum dimensions of workpieces in process: 1100х1100mm.
• Serves to machine large-sized profile blanks: hot-rolled steel or non-standard welded beams with the appropriate dimensions.
• Technology:
• automatic lines enable to optimise pattern cutting process and batch production and reduce loss of production both time and materials.

Linear pattern cutting of profile blanks

• Equipment:
• Bandsaw machine Peddinghaus 1100 DG;
• Maximum dimensions of workpieces in process: 1010х508mm;
• Bandsaw machine «Мить 1-02 ПА»
• Maximum dimensions of workpieces in process: 400х250mm.
• Technology:
• ability to group-cut of profiled bars at angles up to 60°.
• integrated CNC systems of these lines enable to optimise pattern cutting and batch production processes. This reduces production losses in terms of time and materials.

Bending of arched profile blanks

• Equipment:
• Profile bending machine OSTAŠ ОРК45.
• Maximum dimensions of workpieces in process:
• pipe – Ø70х2mm;
• channel bar – 80х40mm;
• strip – 100х15mm.
• Technology:
• The digital display allows us to bend with high repeatability of geometric dimensions.
