The heart of the metal structures factory is assembly and welding area.

Here we carry out:

• assembly
• assembly with tacking
• welding of metal structures of various complexity.

Assembly and assembly with tacking of small parts

• Equipment:
• Universal assembly-welding tables.
• Working area of the table: 1,500x3,000mm.
• Technology:
• The modular design allows:
• achieve mobility and quick changeover to other products;
• expand the working area in multiples of the size of one table (1,500x6,000mm, 3,000x3,000mm etc.).

Assembly of large constructions (up to 20,000mm long) on the conductor

• Equipment:
• universal slipway.
• Working area of the slipway: 5,000x20,000mm.
• Technology:
• To achieve mobility and rapid changeover to other products, we use universal assembly-welding tables of modular design. Welding console of own design and manufacture helps to increase productivity in welding operations. This three-part welding console is a device for hanging and moving welding equipment: welding wire feeder. There is no need to move the large and heavy power source and gas cylinder to the welding area, which reduces the changeover time.
• The working area of the welding console - 7,600mm;
• Swivel angle - 180°.

The area is equipped with universal slipway for the purpose to assemble large structures (up to 20,000mm long) using a conductor.
