Production capacities

Our ambitious statements that we can build metal structures of almost any level of complexity are based on the fact that our production facility is fitted with modern high-quality machinery for its production.  

Our plant is located in Bila Tserkva, 70 Khrapachanskaya St. It has production buildings and warehouses for storage of finished goods. For our plant, we chose the machinery for metal structures production of internationally acclaimed leaders on this market. We have two fully-automated and programmable automatic lines for carrying out any metal working:  

• cutting line   «GEKA», (Spain), additionally equipped with compatible Hydraulic Ironworker “GEKA” Hydracrop

• «PEDDINGHAUS» Advantage Drill Line, additionally equipped with Structural Miter Band Saw  

Combination of the capabilities of these automatic lines provides the necessary flexibility of our production capabilities.

The total capacity of our machinery allows the production of up to 30 base stations, lookout and fire towers, lattice-like power line pylons and up to 100 containers per month. 

We also have our own vehicle park near the plant that provides the logistical support for our tasks.
