Mechanical and maintenance area

Our company is focused on your order execution within the shortest possible time and with the required quality. This is possible only with timely and high-quality technology-savvy production preparation.

In order to manufacture the necessary manufacturing jigs and fixtures and auxiliary fittings required for certain products in a particular order, we have created and equipped a mechanical and maintenance area. The equipment of this area also ensures manufacture of parts necessary for repair of main technological equipment, auxiliary equipment and lifting and loading devices.

The area is equipped with lathes, milling, drilling and grinding machines. There is also equipment for carrying out fitter's works and heat treatment of parts.

Drilling machines group

Lathe machines group

• Maximum diameter of the workpiece, set over the assemble frame - 400mm;
• Maximum length of a workpiece - 2,000mm;

Milling machines group

• Equipment:

• Accuracy class (State Standard 8-82) - P;
• Distance from spindle axis to the work surface of horizontal angle table - 80-160mm;
• Distance from the end of the vertical spindle to the working surface of the angular horizontal table - 8-380mm;
• Distance from assembly frame end to vertical spindle axis - 125-375 mm;
• Maximum distance from the end of the horizontal spindle to the suspension arrangement's end - 208mm.
