Surface cleaning

We prepare all individual parts and welded elements of structures with a degree of steel cleaning up to Sa3 in accordance with the requirements of ISO 12944-4 for further production or coating application: decorative and/or protective. We use an inhabited blast chamber design and manufactured by own efforts. The chamber is equipped with an abrasive recirculation system.

• Stages of the process:
  • control of the degree of surface cleaning (according to ISO 8501-1);
  • analysis of the requirements of the supplier of the coating system in terms of roughness and degree of cleaning;
  • abrasive blasting with a capacity of up to 9 sq.m/h;
  • dedusting of cleaned surfaces (according to ISO 8502-3);
  • evaluation of the degree of cleaning and roughness of the cleaned surface (according to ISO 8501-1).
